Gurmit Ram Rahim Singh’s Case – Bird’s Eye view of declaring of Quantum of Sentence today

 

Date Of Judgement: 28 Aug 2017, 17:10:45 hours, Auckland, New Zealand

  1. Gravity of the Question: Cusp(1) = R(11) = 2 deg 32 min 4 sec
  • CSL(1) = Ketu – Mars/Merc RC – Ket
  • Ketu in House 12 conj Cusp (1) going towards House 12- Confinement 
  • Mars conj Rahu (Karaka for Jail)
  • Mars is Force, Discipline,Police, etc, Mars has is at R(9) 0-47-6 deg, just come out of Debilitation on 27 Aug 2017, started gaining strength but with aboslute conjuction with Rahu – forced/disciplined to get to Jail
  • Merc is Retro and Combust  –  casuing communication problems, hiccups, manipulation in communication and/or documents
  • Ketu signifies (6,12,4)  –  legal battle, confinement, house arrest, etc
  • Ketu – legal complications involving spiritual related issues too

  • Sat signifies (7,10,5-9,-12-12)  getting third aspect from Jupiter (6,9,4,3-11) –  Power from opposition, political strength, masses, negotiation followed with some Gain or release
  • Merc is Retro and Combust  signifying (12,7,5-9) –  confinement, causing communication problems, hiccups, manipulation in communication and/or documents, some help from higher sources for negotiation
  • Jup  signifies (6,9,4,3-11) – Legal battle, court matters, negotiation,  chances of release at later stage
  • Mars signifies (12,6,4) – Confinement, Jail followed with  legal battle and possible house arrest
  • Rahu signifies (12,6) – Confinement, Jail followed with  legal battle

 

 

3. Dasa- Jup

  • signifies (6,9,4,3-11) till April 2023  –  that could be the quantum of sentence or situation will change then
  • Jup in star of Mars in House 6 conj Cusp(7) with Rahu, rahu in star of Ketu in House(12) at cusp (1) too. Ketu signifies (12,6) – Jail followed with legal battle, Ketu by nature signifies Legal complications too and brings sudden changes in life. I guess Jupiter cannot give relief.

 

4. Bhukti of Moon

  • will star from August 2018 signifying (9,10,3,11,6)  –  higher appeal or some circumstances will work for Ram Rahim
  • Mon conjuct Cusp(10), just come in 1 deg  ahead of cusp(10)

5. Next Dasa of Saturn from april 2023 – april 2042

  • Sat – Merc R/Jup – Mars (with Rahu)
  • Sat (7,20,5-9,1-2-12)
  • Jup (6,9,4,3-11)
  • Rahu (12,6)

 

5. Signification of planets

  • Sun, Mars, Merc R, and Rahu signify house 12 very strongly – Jail, Confinement
  • Ketu signifies  signify houses (6 and 12) – Legal Battle, Court Matters  followed with Jail 
  • Signification of house (11) are Mon and Jup – capable of relief and/or release and/or reducing the quantum of imprisonment but these planets MUST be strong 

 

Transit Sat

  • moves to R(9) on 25 Oct 2017  –  some changes will start emerging from here
  • moves to Star of Ven on 2 March 2018  –  Venus will provide some relief
  • Let Tr Sat pass Ketu – April 2022 – Looks for some reason things would change from here 

Conclusion:

  • Initial sentence of 6 years and a few months (not logical at all as minimum sentence should be 7 years and the Gravity of the crime seems to be strong, logical speaking the sentence should be more)
  • Other option should be Jup dasa plus Saturn Dasa, but Jup and Sat are old in strength
  • NOte: there is no such astrological formula,
    • Jup is at 27 deg, 16/30 x 3 deg = around 1.6 years
    • Sat is at 27 deg, 19/30 x 27 = 17. 1 years
    • total 18.7 years of total imprisonment
  • From Aug 2018 to Oct 2019. Dramatic change from higher authorities cannot be ruled out
