As the Sushant Sigh Rajput  murder-suicide case is under investigation by CBI.  I just asked question to myself on 29 Aug 2020 at 22:23:45 hours in Auckland, New Zealand to find out when is the first possible FIRST arrest of Rhea Chakraborty, if any?

My observations are as follows:

1. From 8 Dec 2019: Rhea started draining Sushant as much more as possible; possible investing in land or properties ;all under the direction of some father like figure or high authority
2. From 10 Apr 2020: Conspiracy for Murder and/or Suicide was on final stages of planning
3. From 20 April 2020: Conspiracy was given some concrete shape. Something to do with drugs, overseas, creating fake impression, investing money
4. From 17 May 2020: Fishy communication established, some changes in home or neighbourhood was made, friends were communicated with so called ‘solid fool proof’ plan
5. From 10 June 2020: Action plan activated
6. From 2 Aug 2020: Rhea started getting into problem
7. 1-3 Sep 2020: It seems Rhea Chakraborty would be under some sort of Police pressure, Aggression, Injury, Killing effect, House Arrest, Arrest and/or Confinement from 1 Sep 2020 1:54 hours to 3 Sep 2020 20:00 hours ,IST, Mumbai, India 
8. 11-20 Sep 2020: If, somehow, she escapes the above period by getting anticipated Bail or something like that, then 11-20 Sep 2020 is the time for humiliation, house arrest, confinement or Arrest.  As the  case is becoming more Political  now, so some help would be provided to her by Politicians and/or Maharashtra Police. It seems that she may not be allowed to leave Mumbai without permission from appropriate authorities. All indications are tending towards her Arrest
9. From 24 Sep 2020: Even if she escapes the period again (due to Political involvemnt), then 24 Sep 2020 is the date when the final nail be hit on the coffin
10. From 1 Oct 2020: I see her Confined but my be short termed
11. From 29 Jan 2021: For around one year, I see her Confined again
